As the founder and CTO of UpLegacy Companies, I oversee all operations and strategic initiatives for the corporation. UpLegacy serves as the primary entity through which I manage and develop my projects, acting as the foundation for my entrepreneurial efforts. My responsibilities include business development, resource allocation, and long-term planning to ensure sustainable growth. By leveraging my expertise in project management, I guide my ventures toward success, building valuable partnerships and leading teams to execute ambitious initiatives.
MS:RP Montana Highway Patrol
Deputy Commissioner (March 23rd, 2025 - Present)
As Deputy Commissioner of the Montana Highway Patrol within MS:RP, I am responsible for overseeing the development and management of the department, which consists of over 150 members. My role involves structuring training programs, implementing policies, and ensuring that the department functions efficiently. I work closely with high-ranking officials to maintain order within the department and create engaging experiences for members. Additionally, I focus on fostering a strong team environment where members are supported and encouraged to excel in their roles.
MS:RP | Montana State Role Play
Staff Supervisor (June 7th, 2024 - Present)
Within Montana State Role Play, I serve as a Staff Supervisor, where I manage and oversee a community of over 2,000 members. My main responsibilities include moderating the platform, ensuring that community guidelines are followed, and leading the staff team. I work to create a safe and enjoyable roleplay environment by handling conflict resolution, maintaining fairness in moderation, and assisting with staff training and development. Through my leadership, I help maintain an active and engaged community while ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
Studio Cafe
Founder (Jan 2022 - Present)
Studio Cafe is one of my most ambitious and personal projects, which I founded with the goal of building an interactive and engaging community. Originally created as a way to test my leadership and interpersonal skills, the group has since grown into a thriving organization with over 122 members. My role involves managing day-to-day operations, implementing marketing strategies, and expanding the community. I am constantly working on ways to improve engagement, introduce new features, and scale the project to new heights. My ultimate goal is to transform Studio Cafe into a well-recognized and self-sustaining enterprise.
Vinns Hotel
Administrative Director (Apr 2022 - Nov 2022)
I initially joined Vinns Hotel as an Administrative Assistant, where I supported the leadership team in handling operations. After two months, I was promoted to Administrative Director, a role in which I managed staff, hosted sessions, and moderated in-game experiences. My primary responsibilities included supervising the management team, ensuring smooth workflow among staff, and maintaining high standards for customer experience. Unfortunately, a company-wide reform in late 2022 led to major structural changes, prompting my decision to resign before my team was to be removed from their positions.
Vancouver Police Department
Sergeant (Dec 2021 - Nov 2022)
I joined the Vancouver Police Department and worked my way through the ranks, eventually reaching the position of Sergeant. My responsibilities were primarily focused on patrolling, enforcing department policies, and assisting with training new officers. While I did not hold administrative duties, I played a significant role in ensuring that law enforcement procedures were followed and that officers operated efficiently. My tenure ended after a department-wide reform resulted in a restructuring of the ranks.
Sunrise Hotels & Resorts
Co-Founder (Oct 2021 - Apr 2022)
At Sunrise Hotels & Resorts, I was initially brought on as the Co-Founder to oversee and manage the development team. However, my responsibilities expanded beyond development, and I eventually took on the management of 300 staff members and a growing community of over 11,000 members. My role involved ensuring that all departments operated effectively, supervising staff, and developing long-term strategies to improve user engagement. Despite my contributions, I was denied my expected compensation and later demoted to a Board of Director position before ultimately being terminated. Following my departure, the group experienced significant setbacks and eventually shut down due to a lack of development progress.
Pennsylvania State Patrol
Lieutenant (Sep 2021 - Oct 2022)
After working my way through the ranks of the Mano County Sheriff’s Office, I applied to the Pennsylvania State Patrol in late 2021. I started as an officer and was later promoted to Sergeant after passing my examination. Eventually, I reached the rank of Lieutenant, where I served as a Patrol Supervisor. In this role, I focused on leading patrol units, ensuring that standard operating procedures were followed, and providing guidance to lower-ranking officers. Although I was not given direct moderation or county management responsibilities, my role as a supervisor allowed me to help maintain order and efficiency within the department.
Caffeine Bakery
Development Director & Co-Founder (Aug 2021 - Jan 2022)
I was initially hired as the Development Director at Caffeine Bakery, where I led a team of developers to improve and expand the group’s infrastructure. Over time, I was promoted to Co-Founder, taking on additional responsibilities that included overseeing staff operations and implementing business strategies. My role required me to coordinate with different departments to ensure that the bakery maintained its reputation and continued growing. Unfortunately, the group ultimately shut down in early 2022 after the collapse of several interconnected enterprises.
Burger Son
Director of Development & Vice Chairman (Apr 2021 - Dec 2021)
At Burger Son, I served as the Vice Chairman, where my primary focus was on overseeing the development team as the Director of Development. My responsibilities included managing development projects, coordinating updates, and ensuring that all digital assets aligned with the company’s vision. I played a crucial role in structuring the development pipeline and implementing new features. However, the company ultimately underwent a shutdown in early 2022, marking the end of my tenure with the group.
Waterworld
Vice President (Dec 2020 - Jul 2021)
I began my journey at Waterworld as a Trainee and worked my way up through several promotions until I reached the rank of Board of Lifeguards. In early 2021, I was promoted to Vice President by the Vice Chairman, where I took on the responsibility of overseeing park sessions, staff operations, and overall business management. I worked closely with leadership to maintain efficiency within the organization and ensure that the park remained a popular destination. Unfortunately, with the transition of new park ownership in mid-2021, I was let go from my position.
Blau Hotels
Assistant Director of Operations (Mar 2020 - Nov 2020)
As an Assistant Director of Operations at Blau Hotels, I played a key role in assisting the administration team with various tasks. My responsibilities included moderating in-game environments, supervising the Middle and High Rank teams, and hosting sessions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable user experience. This role served as my introduction to the Roblox management industry, providing me with essential experience in leadership and operations. However, I chose to resign after discovering misconduct at the higher levels of management.
